Chatbots are becoming very popular on websites and in apps. Microsoft has a way to create chatbots using Power Virtual Agents (PVA). • Employee Directory in Power Apps
A common request for company Intranets is a searchable employee directory. All versions of SharePoint have a people search vertical. This is nice, but in SharePoint Online, it is difficult to customize the results page out of the box. SharePoint Online also uses Microsoft Graph to make the results relevant to the logged on user. Document libraries and files with broken permissions make managing permissions very difficult. Now if you have access to a third party tool, you can run all kinds of access reports. But what if you don’t have any third party… Read more: Permissions

SharePoint is a great document sharing and collaboration platform. There is an easy way to share a document. But should you really use the “Share” option? When you add a user to the site or library, they will not have permissions to that document unless you go into the document’s permissions and add them. So how should you share a document? In the context menu (three vertical dots), there is a “Copy Link” option. You can send the document’s link through email or a message. There are… Read more: To Share or Not To Share
